Shipping and Returns The shipment of your package:
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after the payment is received.
Regardless of your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be applied to each of them.

Orders are processed for shipping by VUESSE SAS in PONTEDERA (PISA), Italy, from Tuesday to Friday 11:00-05:30 (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for available merchandise are shipped the day after the order is received, subject to confirmation of product availability and verification of the banking transaction. If the order is placed during the weekend, the shipment will occur on the following Tuesday. The amount of credit card transactions is immediately charged at the time of order processing and after transaction verification by the bank.
However, VUESSE SAS reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped due to reasons beyond its control. It is important to note that during promotional periods and sales, delays in package shipment may occur.
PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: Shipping occurs upon product production
Pre-orders are charged and invoiced on the day following the order reception.
The amount of transactions made with a credit card is immediately charged when the order is processed and following a transaction verification by the Bank. For "Pre-Order" product orders made via bank transfer, payment must be issued at the same time the order is placed. The online availability date is provided by the manufacturer/designer. VUESSE SAS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or variations in pre-order products or any changes during production. In the event of non-arrival of a purchased pre-order item, the customer will be informed and refunded. If an order includes both available and pre-order items, the customer will receive the order in two stages. The available items will be shipped the day after the order is received (orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday), based on the confirmation of item availability and following a transaction verification by the Bank. The "Pre-Order" items will be shipped after payment verification and when the items are in stock.
The total order amount includes the shipping value (refer to our SHIPPING FEES).
