VUESSE SAS ships worldwide via | GLS | DHL | TNT | BARTOLINI | . In accordance with international Import/Export laws, goods shipped are accompanied by an invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in Euros. The invoice states the value of each individual item purchased.
DATE OF SHIPMENT
Orders are processed for shipment by VUESSE SAS in PONTEDERA (PISA), Italy, from TUESDAY to Friday 11:00-05:30 (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following TUESDAY.
VUESSE SAS ships worldwide via GLS | DHL | TNT | BARTOLINI . VUESSE SAS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond the control of FACTORY TEESHIRT
GOODS AVAILABLE: IMMEDIATE DISPATCH
Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of the bank transaction, are dispatched the day after receipt of the order. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Tuesday. Credit card transactions are debited immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank.
In all cases, VUESSE SAS reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that there may be delays in shipment during promotions and sales.
PRE-ORDERED GOODS: shipment takes place when the goods are produced
Pre-orders are charged and invoiced the day after the order is received. Credit card transactions are debited immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank.
For 'Pre-Order' product orders placed by bank transfer, payment must be issued at the same time the order is placed.
The availability date indicated on-line is provided by the manufacturer/designer, VUESSE SAS is not responsible for delays, cancellations or variations of pre-order products or for any changes during production. In the event of non-arrival of an item purchased in pre-order, the customer will be informed and will be refunded.
In the event that the order includes available goods and pre-order goods, the customer will receive the order in two stages:
Goods in stock will be dispatched the day after the order is received (orders placed over the weekend on the following Monday), based on confirmation of the availability of the goods and following verification of the transaction by the Bank.
Goods in "Pre-Order" will be shipped upon verification of payment and when the goods are in stock.
The total amount of the order includes the value of the shipment (see our SHIPPING FEES).

In order to receive the goods, the U.S. Government Consumer Agency requires a Social Security Number or NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection number assigned. The process to obtain an assigned CBP import number generally takes 10 business days.

Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments that do not pass customs in the customer's country of origin due to non-compliance with Import Regulations may be re-imported to Italy at the customer's expense. Costs related to re-importation of goods sent back to Italy and other shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the shipping document has been created, customers receive a notification fromGLS | DHL | TNT | BARTOLINI with the tracking number of the shipment.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE
VUESSE SAS shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no extra cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.
AUTHORISED SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of each order, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully before signing for the goods.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or by the Courier for external inspection, the package should have been resealed with an inspection guarantee seal.
For any reason, if the package appears to have been tampered with or the official tape is not intact, you may sign the receipt of the package with reservation or reject it. If the box has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, you should immediately initiate a complaint with your local GLS | DHL | TNT | BARTOLINI office and contact VUESSE SAS by writing to info@vuesse.net
NON-DELIVERY
If, for any reason, an order from VUESSE SAS is not delivered to the Customer's address due to the Customer's non-cooperation (wrong telephone number, wrong address, no address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package may be sent back to Italy at the Customer's expense, including import taxes.
These costs will be deducted from any eventual refund.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
As required by international laws governing Imports and Exports, all VUESSE SAS orders are shipped outside Pontedera (PISA), Italy,
with an official invoice declaring the exact total of goods purchased in Euro. It is illegal to declare lower values or to declare goods as GIFTS, according to international import regulations.
