RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, items can be returned by size or colour. A refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORISATION: Customers must send an e-mail to info@vuesse.net to request an authorisation number. The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item to be returned and the reason for return: refund, size or colour change.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH AUTHORISED RETURN NUMBER: Once the written request has been received, info@vuesse.net will send a written confirmation to the customer with the AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
Customers must write this authorisation number on the return label attached to each item and on the outside of the box. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by info@vuesse.net.
Customers can choose from the compensation options below:
Size or colour exchange: items can only be exchanged when a different size or colour of the same article code is available. Changes for different article codes are currently not available.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers approximately after 10 days and will be visible in their next statement.
The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to changes in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.
Original condition: The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label attached.
14 days: The return of the unused item must reach vuesse sas within 14 days from the date of delivery, which is only possible with written confirmation from info@vuesse.net.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers must follow the official RETURN POLICY as outlined below:
Items can only be returned for the following reasons: refund, size or colour change.
The Return Form and security seal must still be intact and attached to the returned items. They must not be removed or cut in any way.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment bag, etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original packaging, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the shipping box.
In the event of defective, incorrect goods or due to an error in the order on the part of VUESSE , customers must follow the instructions marked above.
Return shipments for full-price products or products discounted below 50% are free of charge: any import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipments for claims for countries outside the EU are not free of charge. Any import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipments for products discounted by more than or equal to 50% are not free of charge: any import fees and possible taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs (import taxes and fees not included):
Italy: 10 €
Europe: 20 €
Extra Europe: 30 €
VUESSE SAS recommends that all returns be shipped via | GLS | so their tracking numbers can be processed by our customer service. If customers wish to use another courier company other than | GLS | , they are free to do so, but they will be responsible for all transport costs and will have an additional charge of 10% of the total value of the returned goods.
VUESSE SAS reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorised and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the return instructions sent by email. In the case of unauthorised or non-standard returns, the goods will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.If an unauthorised return is accepted, VSTL.STORE will deduct a 10% restocking administration fee from the refund.VSTL.STORE reserves the right to request photographic evidence for returns declared to be defective before authorising the return and any shipping and import fees.
VUESSE SAS shall ship the right products back to the customers free of charge or reimburse the costs incurred
VUESSE SAS will not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason whatsoever
